It is recommended that you take around 500mg - 1500mg per day (1:50 Extract) in order to get the benefits from "TongKat Ali", so don't waste your money on Lower Extract products. A lot of the products being sold are chipped root 1:1 non-extracted products or lower 1:5 Extracts so you would have to take a huge amount of that stuff to do you any good. It takes 1500 GRAMS of "Chipped Root" 1:1 product to make 1 bottle of this 60 capsule, 1:50 EXTRACT Product You can buy the 1:100 extract other places but the quantity (for the money) is usually a lot less (do the math - 1 gram = 1000 mg). The 1:50 Extract Product is the best value around A word about "Extract Ratios" (1:50, 1:100, etc..). The 1:100 Extract is usually NOT twice as strong as 1:50 Extract. It may be stronger, but it is seldom double. The same goes for the other higher concentrations. It has to be high quality "Tongkat Ali" Extract in the first place or it doesn't matter how high the Extract ratio is. Remember 100% of nothing is still nothing. The 1:100 Extract of low quality product will yield a slightly better low quality product. You have to start with a high quality product first before the Extraction begins. The Indonesian "Tongkat Ali" sold here is a High Quality Product. Until the higher Extractions come down in price, the 1:50 Extract is the best value for the money.
